New to Church?
Welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life - we hope the website helps you find out what you want to know about Harborough Community Church.
Key info about the church...
When & where does the church meet?
The church meets every Sunday at 10.30 a.m.
We meet at:
Harborough Community Church
121 Bath Street,
You can see a map on our contact us page.
There is parking available on the site. On Sundays there is also an overflow car park next to the church. One of our car park stewards will help you find a space.
What to expect when I visit the church?
You can expect a warm welcome, lively worship, an impacting talk and a friendly bunch of people gathering to learn more about God.
Also tea, coffee and sometimes even biscuits!
What happens to the kids at church?
'Kings Club' is the name we use to describe our children's groups for up to school year 6. Kings Club includes:
Sparklers: Pre-school (ages 2-4)
Reflectors: School years Foundation to Year 2
Lasers: School Years 3 - 6
Our youth groups consist of 'Xplode' (School Years 7 - 9) and 'Fusion' (School Years 10 -13).
These groups meet most Sunday mornings, except for a few times a year when we have an All Age Service where we all meet together.
A creche is also available for 0-3's.
Is there a dress code?
We have no specific dress code so please just wear something comfortable!
Will I be made to feel uncomfortable?
We will be welcoming, and you will not be forced to do anything you are not comfortable doing. We want you to feel right at home and enjoy the service. Do join us for a drink after the service to get to know some people from the church.
Not at all!
We have more information for you specifically if you...
I have more questions, how can I get in touch and ask them?
